What we have learned in the past few days in food and nutrition is, knife cuts. We have also made chilli for the MAC team, we made chilli for over 80 people. The knife cuts we learned were how to julliene, mince, and cube. We are getting ready to make different dips such as, guacamole, hummus, and spinach and artichoke dip. This class we also do some class work but its not too bad it can be pretty fun aat some points.
